- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Entry is open solely to eligible purchasers in Singapore who have registered for this promotion. Purchases MUST be made through an authorized Cisco IPT specialist partner.
- The promotion period is from 15 July 2003 to 30 October 2003.
- Entry Mechanism: To be eligible for “Power Now - IPT Mobility Starter Kit Promotion”, Participants must make a one time minimum purchase of USD 20,000 of eligible Cisco IPT products from an authorized Cisco IPT specialist partner during the promotional period of 15 July 2003 to 30 October 2003.
Eligible Cisco IPT products are as listed below:
- CISCO IP PHONE SERIES
- CALL MANAGER SOFTWARE
- CISCO UNITY - UNIFIED MESSAGING AND VOICE MAIL
- CISCO MCS 7800 SERIES MEDIA CONVERGENCE SERVERS
- CISCO PERSONAL ASSISTANT
- CISCO IP IVR
- CISCO ICS 7750 INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM
- The free wireless IP phone and access point will only be given to the first 3 customers in Singapore who have registered and fulfill the above conditions.
- Winners will be notified by email.
- Winners will be notified by 30 Jan 2004. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes will only be awarded upon authorization and verification of the associated sales claims.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use Participants” names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the Participant. The Promoter will at all times comply with all applicable privacy legislation and all personal details of the Participants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update and correct any information should be directed to that office.
If the winner of any prize is under the age 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner”s parent or guardian.
- This offer is void where prohibited by local laws.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability that may be incurred by any person in connection with a Participant winning a prize or participating in “Power Now - IPT Mobility Starter Kit Promotion”. Independent financial advice should be sought.
- The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equivalent value or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Unless required by law, prizes are not redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
- Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of participation in “Power Now - IPT Mobility Starter Kit Promotion”.
