Notes on Version 11.0 VM Configurations

Unified CCE Administration Client VM configurations are deployed using the following OVA templates:

Unified CCE Live Data Server VM configurations are deployed using OVA template UCCELD_11.0_CVOS_vmv8_v1.0.ova.

All other Unified CCE VM configurations are deployed using OVA template UCCE_11.0_Win2012_vmv9_v1.0.ova.


Notes on Router VM Configuration for Version 11.0 (top)

Used for Unified CCE, ICME, CCH, and ICMH Router.

The Large Generic PG is used to support agents connected to the Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCM). The following PG types are supported:


The Large Generic PG VM is used when the number of skill groups or precision queues simultaneously logged on and receiving calls, per PG, is 2,000 or greater.

Maximum operational capacities: 200 Reporting Users, each running 2 historical report per hour either returning not more than 800 rows or with a data set not larger than 3000

Virtual disk configuration notes: 

vDisk 1 = Operating System + application binaries and logs + SQL binaries + SQL tempdb and log files
vDisk 2 = application database
