Customers who were considering the purchase of Cisco Insight Reporter for AVC should now purchase Proxy Reporter directly from Proxy.
Customers who have previously purchased Cisco Insight Reporter will now be supported directly by Proxy. All support questions and issues should be sent to
proxy-reporter-support@proxy.it. Proxy will respond by the next business day.
Proxy is offering all customers who have purchased Cisco Insight Reporter a no-cost upgrade to the current version, Proxy Reporter 4.0.0,regardless of whether they had a support contract with Cisco or not. The upgrade takes place automatically as part of the installation of Proxy Reporter 4.0.0, and it preserves all configuration and customizations done with the earlier releases.
The status of Cisco Insight Reporter for SCE (Service Control Engine) remains unchanged, and Cisco will continue to upgrade it and support it. The next release of Cisco Insight Reporter for SCE (v4.0.0) is scheduled for June 2013.
