CSCuy70097 | Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM IMDB Replication fails to recover after network event |
Cisco Jabber clients (all versions) lose connection with Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence Service nodes 9.1(2) and 10.5(2) after a short term network outage (seconds rather than minutes). This results in failed log in attempts for all Cisco Jabber clients.
Cisco has determined that in-memory database (IMDB) replication might fail to recover between Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence Service nodes in network environments where there are transient network issues and/or packet loss. As a result, Cisco Jabber clients are not able to log in.
Cisco Jabber clients are not able to log in.
Cisco recommends that you update all nodes in the cluster to Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence Service Version 10.5(2)SU2a or later. See the Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service Version 10.5(X) Download Software page (Cisco.com login required).
