Problem Description

Cisco BroadWorks Application Server might fail to upgrade after patch ap380196 was released.

Background

Installation of patch ap380196 might fail under these specific conditions:

Upgrade after a successful rollback fails.
Reapplication of patch ap380196 after removal fails to apply it again.

Problem Symptom

Cisco BroadWorks Application Server might fail to upgrade after installation or reinstallation of patch ap380196.

Workaround/Solution

These Cisco BroadWorks patches have been rereleased to include a fix that prevents this issue.
