Bias-Free Language

The documentation set for this product strives to use bias-free language. For the purposes of this documentation set, bias-free is defined as language that does not imply discrimination based on age, disability, gender, racial identity, ethnic identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and intersectionality. Exceptions may be present in the documentation due to language that is hardcoded in the user interfaces of the product software, language used based on RFP documentation, or language that is used by a referenced third-party product. Please review the Software Advisory notice here to determine if the issues apply to your environment. You may proceed to download this software if you have no concerns with the issue described.

Reason for Advisory

This software advisory addresses the following issue in Cisco UCS Manager, Release 3.1(1g):

 

·         Release 3.1(1g), Cisco UCS Manager does not support the following third party adapters on Blade Servers for Cisco UCS 6332 and 6332-16UP Fabric Interconnects:

o   N20-AQ0102

o   N20-AE0102

o   UCSB-MEZ-ELX-03

o   UCSB-MEZ-QLG-03

 

Important Upgrade Guidelines

From release 3.1(1e), Cisco UCS Manager does not support hardware listed in the Deprecated Hardware table. Before upgrading Cisco UCS Manager to release 3.1(1e) you must remove these deprecated hardware from your UCS domain.
