CISCO UNITY END-USER TUTORIAL. 

Welcome to the Cisco Unity End User Tutorial.Using Cisco Unity, you and others in your organization will be able to manage voice, fax, and email messages from a touch tone phone or from your computer.This tutorial will help you effectively use the features of Cisco Unity.

You can customize content using the Cisco XML Organizer. This tool allows you to turn on/off sections of the tutorial, including glossary definitions and reference material. In addition, you can customize the links available in the Downloads section. 

NOTE: You must extract these files from the ZIP folder before using the XML Organizer tool. If you attempt to work within the ZIP folder, the customization will not work. 
Start by extracting all of the contents of the ZIP folder to your computer or a server. [[Tim, Is there a better way to explain this?  I want to make sure users avoid my own mistakes and dont try to do the following steps from within the zip folder.]]

TO USE THE CISCO XML ORGANIZER:
1. Double-click the Cisco XML Customization Tool located in the root folder. 
2. Use the tabs along the top to navigate to Contents, Glossary, Reference and Downloads. 
3. If you would like to enable all sections, click the Enable All button at the bottom. Conversely, if youd like to disable all sections, click Disable All.
4. When you are finished making all of your changes, click Save.
5. Click Close. This will close the Cisco XML Customization Tool. You can now load the program using the index.html link.

CONTENT: 
1. Click the Content tab
2. You may turn off sections by the page, the section, or the chapter. Click the radial button next to the page title to toggle that page on or off.

GLOSSARY: 
1. Click the Glossary tab
2. You may turn off the glossary by the letter or the individual entry. Click the radial button next to the letter or title to toggle that entry on or off.

REFERENCE: 
1. Click the Reference tab
2. You may turn off reference items by the topic or the chapter. Click the radial button next to the chapter or topic title to toggle that reference item.

DOWNLOADS: 
1. Click the Downloads tab. You have the option of creating up to six downloadable or external links. 
2. For each download, enter the title of the link next to the Title window. This is the name of the page the user will see in the downloads pop-up .
3. Below the Title, enter the URL for the link. 
4. You may turn downloads on and off by clicking the radial button next to each of the download links.
