Contractual Discounts
As of August 15, 2005, contractual discounts will be displayed for all contractual customers entitled to view the information and for orders with an intended use value of one of the following:
- Resale
- Service Provision
- Lab
- Internal Business Use
The Enter, Configure, and Revise Line Item page (see Figure 6) shows both the contractual discount (if applicable) and the total discount (contractual plus any other applicable discounts). The unit price will reflect the total discount.
You will be able to adjust the total discount on an order-line level using the Discount field. However, this will not change the contractual discount value. Please note that adjusting the total discount may delay order processing.
If you place an order using the wholesale price list (WPL), the discount and list price functionality will remain unchanged.
