Figure 1: Notification Pool Home Page

As of August 15, 2005, the Notification Tool will be reorganized into four major areas. These areas will be accessible by tabs on the tool home page (see Figure 1):

All Notifications Tab

The Notifications tab (see Figure 2) will display the notifications to which a user is subscribed, including Company Name, Level, Notification Type, Address, and Order/Deal ID. This page displays all notifications defined by a user’s profile.

From this display users can view details of an individual notification or turn the notification off. The All Notification tab also has a History button for viewing previous records.

Addresses Tab

The Addresses tab (see Figure 3) allows users to select notifications and to specify addresses for the notifications. Users will be able to assign a notification to go to all addresses or to individual recipients. Notifications can be received by users by e-mail or fax. Entitled users may be able to view information for multiple addresses.

The buttons at the end of the Addresses tab page give users options to perform additional functions:

  • History—Shows history of the notification as displayed on the All Notifications tab.
  • Turn All Off—Turns off all notifications from the Notification setting at the Addresses level.
  • Turn All On—Turns on all notifications from the Notification setting at the Addresses level.
  • Save—Applies user changes.

The Apply to All Addresses button can be used to apply notification setting to all addresses.
