As of August 15, 2005, secure credit card ordering will be available directly through the Ordering Tool (see Figure 9).
You will use the Header Details page of the Ordering Tool to place credit card orders. The Ordering Tool will help ensure that you use the correct number of digits and the correct format when entering credit card numbers and will encrypt the data for secure transmission. Additional authentication and approvals will be handled during the order-booking phase.
The customer should provide an acknowledgment contact for credit card orders on the Header Details page.
Table 6 shows the types of credit card orders supported for each region.
