PO Number and Ship Date Fields Added to Main Order Form
The PO Number and Ship Date fields will be moved to the Main Order form (see Figure 11), eliminating the jump to other pages to enter this information. This change will be especially beneficial for use with templates.

Improved Field Alignment on All Order Details Page
The All Order Details page will be redesigned with improved field alignment
and use of space. This page will be much easier to read online and in printed
format.
Hyperlinks Underlined
The hyperlinks in the top bar of the Ordering Tool will be underlined to improve
ease of use.
New Location for “Acquire Routed Order”
The Acquire button will be moved to the top of the Ordering Tool homepage (see Figure 12). This change will eliminate the need to scroll to the bottom of the page, saving time and effort for users who frequently acquire routed orders.
More of the primary Ordering Tool homepage fields will appear better aligned because the illustration will be removed from the page.

Acknowledgement Contact Information
Users must provide an acknowledgment contact on the Header Details page for credit card, government, and try-and-buy order types before orders can be submitted.
Automatic Display of Payment Terms Information
Because payment terms are contractual, the Payment Terms field will be automatically filled based on your contract terms (see Figure 13). Users can provide any notes related to payment terms in the Order Processing Notes field. The Payment Terms field will no longer be editable.
