Returns process reminders

The returns process guidelines will be modified as follows as of August 2005:
- Cisco will automatically send an invoice if products are not returned per trade-in program agreements, typically 90 days from the date of the last item shipped per the trade-in sales order number.
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products must be returned within 30 days from the date of the last item shipped per the replacement sales order number. If DOA products are not received within 30 days, Cisco will issue an invoice for the unreturned material.
- Cisco will automatically send an invoice if products are not returned per a Try-and-Buy program agreement, typically 90 days from the date of the last item shipped per the Try-and-Buy program agreement (program available based on entitlement).
- Serial number will be required when returning service lines if the related product is not part of the return.
