As of August 15, 2005, status information for orders and returns will be available under the Basic Search tab (see Figure 1).
The Type of Query drop-down list will include both order status and return status search options and will have a new option to search by trade-in quote number, as well as the following search parameters:
- Purchase order
- Submitted by (Cisco.com user ID)
- Return material authorization (RMA) (moved from the Returns Status tab)
- Awaiting authorization (AA) (moved from the Returns Status tab)
- Order ID
- Sales order (SO)
- Deal ID (will be displayed based on entitlement)
- Trade-in quote number (new)
The Show radio button will give the option of showing either orders (default) or returns (see Figure 2).
- By default, all queries will show order-related information.
- RMA and AA queries will show return-related information.
- For Trade-in Quote Number queries, only RMA information will be displayed.
