Preface


This guide describes CiscoWorks Voice Manager (CWVM) and describes common tasks you can accomplish with CWVM.

Audience

This document is written for experienced network administrators who configure and manage voice ports and create and modify dial plans on supported voice-enabled Cisco devices in the following series:
