Cisco Systems® announces changes in Product Identification Number for Cisco® ONS 15454 (SONET/SDH) and Cisco ONS 15327, outlined in Table 1. The change in the product part identification for these products does not change the form, fit, or function of the product, nor does it change the availability of support for these products. The part number changes are to comply with internal Cisco naming conventions. New orders should use the updated part numbers outlined in Table 1. The last date to order the products with the old product ID is January 30, 2005 (Table 2).
