Cisco® Unified Call Studio is an integrated development environment (IDE) for voice self-service applications that allows you to build sophisticated speech-enabled telephone self-service. The product is intended to work in conjunction with both Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP) and Cisco Unified Call Services, Universal Edition. This data sheet explains what versions of Cisco Unified Call Studio are compatible with what versions of Cisco Unified CVP and Cisco Unified Call Services, Universal Edition.
Cisco Unified Call Studio is the new name (formerly Cisco Unified Call Studio, Universal Edition) of the consolidated IDE for self-service voice applications for both Cisco Unified CVP Version 4.1 and Cisco Unified Call Services, Universal Edition 6.0. Specifically, Cisco Unified Call Studio 6.0 is part of both Cisco Unified CVP 4.1 and Cisco Unified Call Services, Universal Edition 6.0 (formerly Audium software).
