Overview
Cisco IOS 12.3 Mainline is the last release train to support the 2610, 2611, 2612, 2613, 2620, 2621, 2650 and 2651 non-XM routers. The End-of-Sales announcement for the routers is available in product bulletin 1958.

The 2610, 2611, 2612, 2613, 2620, 2621, 2650 and 2651 non-XM routers are not supported in Cisco IOS 12.3T.
