  6. Verify the changes:

    single-user$more passwd

    fldsup::1:0::/usr/fldsup:/bin/bash
    npadmin::2:0::/usr/npadmin:/bin/bash
    oper::3:0::/usr/oper:/bin/bash
  7. If the changes look satisfactory, then log out:

    single-user$logout

    Note: Do not type `. , as this corrupts the password file and takes you back to the start of the process.
