Cisco Base is a service offering which provides support for Cisco operating system (OS) software. Customers receive both software updates and access to technical support for Cisco OS software using software selection and other OS-related technical assistance tools available on Cisco.com and access to Cisco engineers who can assist with OS-related support issues. Cisco Base does not include hardware-related technical support or advance replacement. Cisco Base may only be ordered for Cisco devices located in the European Union (27 Member States), Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. |
