Introduction
A script edit resembles a programming flowchart consisting of nodes (represented as rectangles) and connections (represented as line segments). Routing logic is defined by selecting appropriate objects from a palette of drag-and-drop objects and placing them in the script workspace. Each node is associated with an unique number. The information provided through nodes, and the connections established between them, instruct Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) how to best handle a call.
Q. Can the Nodes in a Script be Renumbered?
A. An unique node number, shown in Figure 1, is assigned to a script node when the node is initially added to the script. Once assigned, however, there is no functionality in Cisco ICM to modify the assigned number, and there is no workaround available to mimic a reassignment of the node number.
