Introduction
A route script resembles a programming flowchart that consists of nodes and connections. In monitor mode, Script Editor monitors the real-time flow of calls that are executed past each node in a script. This document discusses the possibility of collecting the node count for a particular node in a particular script.
Q. How can I access the node count for a particular node in a particular script?
A. Cisco ICM stores the real-time information for the script in the Script_Real_Time table. Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) Script Editor derives script monitoring data from this table. Cisco ICM updates the real-time data each time it executes a script. The Admin Workstation (AW) receives updated data every 15 seconds. The real-time data for current script versions is reset at midnight. There is no published way to decode the information down to the node level. But Script Editor provides the feature to monitor the real-time flow of calls that are executed past each node in a script.
