Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise

This document describes whether the Nortel Symposium version 4.2 is compatible with the Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) version 4.1.5.

A. The Cisco ICM version 4.1.5 supports the Nortel Symposium version 4.2. However, you must apply these hotfixes to Cisco ICM version 4.1.5:

• All the hotfixes earlier than hotfix 239
• Hotfix 239

If you do not install these hotfixes, the Symposium Peripheral Interface Manager (PIM) does not become active. In order to install all the hotfixes, complete these steps:

1. Stop the Symposium Peripheral Gateway (PG) and if used, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Gateway (CG) nodes.
2. Install all the required hotfixes.
3. Restart the Symposium PG and if used, CG nodes.

Note: If you ever run the PG setup, you must re-install the hotfixes.
