Cisco Systems® announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco® CNS Network Registrar® 5.0. The last day to order the Cisco CNS Network Registrar 5.0 is May 28, 2004. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until May 28, 2006.
Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco CNS Network Registrar 5.0. Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to Cisco CNS Network Registrar 6.1, a full-featured system that provides Domain Name System (DNS) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) scalable naming and addressing services for enterprise and service provider networks.
