Introduction

This document shows you how to disable the Cisco MeetingPlace prompt that asks the user to record a name before the user joins a meeting.

Procedure

From the Schedule tab, make these setting adjustments.

Meeting Features

Complete these steps:

  1. For the Entry Announcement setting, choose Silent.

  2. For the Departure Announcement setting, choose Silent.

  3. For Skip Pre-Meeting Options?, choose Yes.

  4. For Disable Roll Call?, choose Yes.

Q&A Meetings

Complete these steps:

  1. For the Q&A Introduction setting, choose Silent.

  2. For the Q&A Departure setting, choose Silent.
