The Cisco Networking Academy Program is a non-profit educational program, which prepares graduates for networking and IT-related jobs in the public and private sectors. With more than 1,200 Academies and over 94,000 participants in Asia Pacific alone, the Cisco Networking Academy Program is preparing a global workforce to address the increasing shortage of technology professionals.

Career Connection, enables public and private organisations to tap into a pool of skilled, job-ready candidates for potential jobs and internship opportunities. As an employer, you can access Career Connection in the Asia Pacific region by registering as an Employer Sponsor. Following the approval of your application, you will be provided with an ID and Password to access Career Connection. There is no charge to Employer Sponsors to utilize this self-service tool. On the Career Connection site you can:
		Post a Job – offer part-time and full-time positions within your organisation to students and graduates that build on the skills and knowledge they have gained through the Academy program.
		Post an Internship – offer students the opportunity to put their skills into practice by providing internships, project work and other work-related experiences.
		Post a Speaker– nominate individuals within your organisation to share their working experiences with Academy students.
		Search for Graduates and Students - fill job and internship positions in your organisation by searching for available students and graduates.
