Please also bear in mind additional cancellation charges may be incurred if you do not notify your hotel in time. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy, so please ensure you fully understand the cancellation terms. If requested, the hotel will provide a copy of the cancellation terms in writing.

You can apply if you are one of the following:

• Education: Education authority - either an attendee or employee (i.e. student/lecturer/etc.)
• Government: Legitimate Government body/institution
• Non-Profit: Company with a registered charity number

We will require relevant documentation in case of any discrepancies. If after review we believe you do not fall under the Education/Government/Non-Profit category, then you will be charged the difference in fee.
