What does the conference fee include?

• Three-day conference program

Note: Hotel accommodation, airport transfers and flights are NOT included in the conference fee. Arrangements for these need to be made by the attendee.

How can I pay for my registration?

Credit Card is the preferred method of payment for the conference. Bankers Draft and Bank Transfers are the alternative payment methods. Find out more on the Registration - How to Pay pages.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you wish to cancel your attendance, please notify the Cisco Registration Team immediately, by any of the following methods:

The following costs will be incurred:

• When cancelling prior to October 31 , there are no costs involved
• If you cancel between November 1 and November 14, you will be charged 50% of the registration fee
• If you cancel on or after November 15, a 100% fee will apply

Please also bear in mind additional cancellation charges may be incurred if you do not notify your hotel in time. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy, so please ensure you fully understand the cancellation terms. If requested, the hotel will provide a copy of the cancellation terms in writing.

When can I apply for the Education/Government/Non-Profit discount?

Education: Education authority - either an attendee or employee (i.e. student/lecturer/etc.)
Government: Legitimate Government body/institution
Non-Profit: Company with a registered charity number

We will require relevant documentation in case of any discrepancies. If after review we believe you do not fall under the Education/Government/Non-Profit category, then you will be charged the difference in fee.
