It is your responsibility to book your accommodation directly with one of the
listed hotels. Many hotels close in Cannes during December, so is important
to book your accommodation as soon as you can.
If you are planning to attend a Techtorial, you will need to arrive in Cannes
on December 12, as these sessions will start very early on December 13 (Monday
morning). If you are just planning to attend Networkers, we would advise you
to register and collect your conference pack on Monday night, so you will be
ready for your sessions on Tuesday morning.
The hotels are ready to receive your bookings now, so take this opportunity
to reserve your room! To make it easier for you, we have secured preferential
rates at all the Cannes hotels we have listed.
Note that:
- All hotels are within walking distance to the Palais des Festivals, we
will not be providing a shuttle service this year, please see
the map for more details on the exact location of the hotels
- We have indicated which hotels offer wireless access
- If you cancel your attendance to the event, you will also need to cancel
your hotel room booking. The two processes are not linked. Please see booking
forms for cancellation policies.
4 Easy Steps to book your accommodation:
1. Pick your preferred hotel from the list available
2. Download and complete the Accommodation Booking Form and
fax back to the hotel
3. Make sure you know your arrival and departure dates and
your Credit Card details - your credit card details will be used to secure the
room for you
4. You will then receive a confirmation from the hotel, usually
quoting a specific reservation number
Please note: Make sure the hotel quotes you the agreed price;

hotel is fully booked, please choose an alternative hotel (this web site will
be kept up to date with which hotels are full and which are still available).
