CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager 2.1 (CVM) is a client-server, web-based voice management and reporting solution. The application provides enhanced capabilities to configure and provision voice ports, and create and modify dial plans on voice-enabled Cisco routers for voice over IP (VoIP), voice over Frame Relay (VoFR), and voice over ATM (VoATM) network deployments. Products managed include the Cisco 1700, 2600, and 3600 series, MC3810 series, AS5300, AS5350, AS5400, and AS5800 series universal access servers, and 7200 and 7500 series routers. Additionally, CVM provides a powerful reporting tool that allows users to select report types to analyze traffic data. Enhanced reporting capabilities and additional data source information collection is optionally available.

Telemate QuickView
Telemate QuickView is a Powerful Entry-Level Call Accounting Solution, providing up to 10 reports and multiple data sources to summarize key network usage activity. Telemate QuickView is distributed as part of Cisco Voice Manager.
