Cisco Learning Partner Programs

Special Practice Programs

The Special Practice Program (SPP) is designed exclusively for Cisco training courses which require atypical delivery due to technology or market requirements or limitations.

The SPP objectives are to ensure global training coverage, capability and high customer satisfaction through the identification of delivery requirements for these technologies or sales courses. Examples of a Special Practice may include:

  • complex technology requiring high-level of expertise
  • disproportionately high equipment costs to low volume of students
  • emerging technologies early in the product life cycle

Individual Special Practice Programs are governed by their associated program requirements. To participate in the Special Practice Program, Learning Partners must possess relevant job, industry, or market credentials.
