
The Certifications Online Support tool features an
easily-accessible and comprehensive database of commonly-asked questions on CCIE,
other Cisco Career Certifications and training. You can search the database by
certification or key word, and also set up automatic email notification to alert
you when new information is posted on a particular subject.
If you cannot find what you need in the database, please submit your question or request
directly to Cisco's support team through the tool. The first time you do this, you will be
asked to create a personal login profile, which will let you track the status of your requests.
As before, all CCIE support requests will be addressed within two business days.
