Exam DescriptionThe Cisco IP Contact Center Express Implementation 642-162 IPCCX is the exam associated with the Cisco IP Contact Center Express Specialist certification. Candidates can prepare for this exam by taking the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Deployment (UCCXD) course. This exam tests a candidate's knowledge of the design, implementation, and operation of CRS/IPCCX 4.0 and 4.5 deployments.
