The Technical Knowledge Library contains a wealth of content centered on Cisco products and technologies. TKL content includes a catalog of Cisco Advanced Services Intellectual Property which is not available on Cisco.com. Other content includes white papers, case studies, Video on Demand, self-study resources and eLearning courseware with live remote equipment labs. The TKL service is available as part of a Network Optimization Service (NOS) subscription or Networking Learning subscription contract, and the content is updated on a continuous basis as new content is harvested from our various content sources. The service also provides the ability to make content requests for additional content, if available, on Cisco technology topics of your choice. The TKL service is delivered via a hardware extranet that is formed securely between Cisco and subscribing customers.
