Welcome to the registration page for the fifth annual Cisco Americas Customer Collaboration Sales Summit on October 1-2 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Texas. Known as the contact center event of the year, this event brings together more than 600 attendees from key technology partners, channel and delivery partners, and Cisco sales under one roof. This event promises to be time well spent. Attendees will leave the event more energized than ever with new knowledge, new business contacts and new sales strategies.

Join Cisco and Bucher + Suter for food, drinks, games and good times at Top Golf on September 30 at 6:30pm. Whether you call yourself a golf aficionado or a golf newbie, or even if you have no interest in golf, Top Golf will be fun for everyone. From the comfort of the private upper level, you can watch your peers compete in a game of golf while catching up with old friends and making new ones. Good food and an open bar will be available throughout the night. Round-trip transportation from the Sheraton Dallas hotel will be provided (pick-up at 6:00 pm; drop off at 10:00 pm). Complimentary admission and transportation are available to the first 200 registrants on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum capacity for this event has been reached, but please contact Bonnie Ho to be added to the wait list.

Venue

The 2014 Cisco Americas Customer Collaboration Sales Summit will be held at the Sheraton Dallas hotel in Texas, a highly rated hotel located in the heart of the downtown Dallas Arts District.

Air travel

To get the best fares and schedule, reserve your air travel as soon as possible. The closest airports are Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL), which is 5 miles away, and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), which is 19 miles away. : To help you plan your travel accordingly, registration for the Americas Cisco Customer Collaboration Sales Summit will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, and the event will conclude at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 2.

Transportation

The Sheraton Dallas does not offer complimentary shuttle service, but their Concierge is pleased to assist with securing transportation to/from the airport:

Parking
Sheraton Dallas Hotel offers on-site, indoor valet and self-parking facilities for a fee for guests and visitors. Metered street parking is also available around the hotel.

Parking rates for a 24-hour period with unlimited in and out privileges are $21 for self-parking or $29 for valet. Hourly parking rates are available for day visitors.

Daily Valet Parking:

  • 4-8 hours = $23.00

Weather

October is a popular time for tourists to visit Dallas/Fort Worth. This is a pleasant season with warm, sunny days and cool nights. Dallas averages a daily maximum temperature between 86 and 92 degrees Fahrenheit. The minimum temperature usually falls between 67 and 72 °F. Pack accordingly!

Things to do in Dallas

Dallas is the second largest city in Texas, and is home to the Dallas Mavericks. A shopper's paradise, it has more shopping centers per capita than any other city in the US. If you have some down time before or after the Summit, there are plenty of things to do in Dallas!
