Q: How much does it cost to attend the Cisco Americas Customer Care Sales Summit?
A: There is no registration fee to attend the summit.

Q: I've completed my registration and need to make a change. What do I do?
A: If you need to make a change to your registration, your confirmation email contains a confirmation code and link that allows you to access your registration to make edits. If you still have questions, please contact Sarah English.

During the Summit
Q: What is the schedule/agenda for the summit?
A: Click on the 'Agenda' tab for the latest agenda. There is no need to register for any of the sessions, although registration to the pre-summit party on September 27th is required.

Q: Will meals be provided at the summit?
A: Breakfast, breaks and lunch will be provided during the event. Dinner will also be provided on the evening of September 28th.

Q: Are there meeting space provided at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix?
A: Cisco encourages attendees to plan your team offsite before or after the summit. For any meeting space requests, please contact Brandi Delany.

Travel
Q: When should I plan on arriving and departing Phoenix?
A: Attendees are invited to a pre-summit kick-off party on the evening of September 27 (attendance is limited to the first 225). The summit officially starts at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28th, and ends on Thursday, September 29th at 4:45 p.m. We encourage you to stay throughout the entire summit until the very end. We have an exciting line up of dynamic speakers to wrap up the summit, which you won’t want to miss.

Q: How do I book my hotel room for the summit?
A: A room block has been secured for the negotiated rate of $199/night + tax. You may book your hotel room during the registration process. Please do not contact the hotel directly, as you will not receive the negotiated Cisco rates.

Q: Will I receive a hotel confirmation number after booking my hotel room?
A: Yes, your hotel confirmation number will be emailed to you two weeks prior to the summit.

Q: What is the weather like in Phoenix in September?
A: September in Phoenix begins to cool down quickly, with rain and thunderstorms becoming less common. The average temperature is 98°F during the day; and 74°F during the evenings.
