Identifying the Problem
Downstream PHY module is either not installed correctly or is not receiving proper signals from the line card.
Downstream PHY modulehardware or the cLGA connector is damaged.
Caution DO NOT touch the cLGA connector.
Enabling DOCSIS 3.1 capability readiness in Downstream PHY module.
Troubleshoot the module.
Proceed with RMA.
