Finesse supports HTTP and HTTPS for Release 9.1(1) to 12.0(1).
- Capacity = 500 agents over HTTP or 250 agents over HTTPS (maximum 3000 configured agents).
Finesse supports HTTPS only for Release 12.5(1) or later.(Note: HTTP is not supported.)
- Capacity = 250 agents over HTTPS (maximum 3000 configured agents).
For 11.5(1) or later:
- 10MB needed for Video Memory.

Notes on Large deployment option VM configuration |

Large deployments with 2000 active users and configuring more than eight XML gadgets per user on average, or more than six JSP gadgets per user on average, are recommended to deploy Cisco Finesse OVA with 8 CPUs.
Finesse supports HTTP and HTTPS for Release 9.1(1) to 12.0(x).
- Capacity = 2000 agents over HTTP or 1000 agents over HTTPS (maximum 6000 configured agents).
With Release 11.0(1) to 12.0(x), the HTTPS capacity has increased as follows:
- Capacity = 2000 agents over HTTP or 1500 agents over HTTPS (maximum 6000 configured agents).
With Release 11.5(1) to 12.0(x), the HTTPS capacity has increased as follows:
- Capacity = 2000 agents over HTTP or 2000 agents over HTTPS (maximum 6000 configured agents).
With Release 12.5(1) or later, the HTTPS capacity is as follows (Note: HTTP is not supported.):
- Capacity = 2000 agents over HTTPS (maximum 10 gadgets on average across 6000 configured agents).
For 11.5(1) or later:
- 10MB needed for Video Memory.

The EOS notice for the Cisco Business Edition 7000M server does not apply to the C220M3SFF TRC (SKU: UCUCS-EZ-C220M3S) or C240M3S TRC #1 (SKU: UCUCS-EZ-C240M3S. The C220M3SFF TRC and C240M3S TRC #1 will continue to be sold until these M3 TRC servers are EOS.
When the hardware support is specified as "Yes (See details)", the following exceptions exist, as applicable to the TRC or Specs-based policy referenced: The UCS M4 generation of C series servers is supported for use with any version of the Finesse application where the UCS M3 TRCs are supported as long as the firmware 2.0(9c) and later applied on the UCS C M4 series.
