HCM-F-Dienste nach Appliance-Upgrade im STOPPED-Status

Einführung

Dieses Dokument beschreibt ein Problem, das nach dem Upgrade von Hosted Collaboration Mediation Fulfillment (HCM-F) zusammen mit dem Fehlerbehebungsprozess aufgetreten ist.

Die Ursache des Problems hängt mit einem abgelaufenen Tomcat-Zertifikat zusammen. Viele Kunden, die ein Upgrade ihrer HCM-F-Appliance planen (um von den neu eingeführten Funktionen zu profitieren), haben dieses Problem, wenn das bestehende HCM-F Tomcat-Zertifikat abgelaufen ist und nicht neu generiert wurde.

Problem

Nach dem Upgrade von HCM-F (11.5.1 auf 11.5.4) und Switch-Version ist die Seite Grafische Benutzeroberfläche (GUI) nicht mehr erreichbar, und die Dienste befinden sich im gestoppten Zustand.

Fehlerbehebung durchgeführt

• Beim Überprüfen des Dienststatus wird beobachtet, dass sich die Webbenutzeroberfläche (UI) und die Tomcat-bezogenen Dienste im STOPPED-Zustand befinden:

• Wenn "utils diagnose test" von der Kommandozeilenschnittstelle (CLI) ausgeführt wird, wird ein Fehler im Modul tomcat_connections angezeigt, der anzeigt, dass die internen Verbindungen zu Tomcat nicht funktionieren: 

test - tomcat_connectors   : Failed - The HTTP and HTTPS ports are not responding to local requests. 
Please collect all of the Tomcat logs for root cause analysis: file get activelog tomcat/logs/*  

• Das Zertifikat von Tomcat ist am 26. März abgelaufen. Dennoch wurden während (oder vor) der Aktualisierung von HCM-F keine Probleme beobachtet:

Lösung

  1. Zertifikat "Regenerate Tomcat":

admin:set cert regen tomcat 
WARNING: This operation will overwrite any CA signed certificate previously imported for  tomcat
Proceed with regeneration (yes|no)? yes
Successfully Regenerated Certificate for tomcat.
You must restart services related to tomcat for the regenerated certificates to become active.  

 2.  HCM-F-Server neu starten:

admin:utils system restart
