Cisco provides around-the-clock logistics support for service warranty hardware replacements (RMA) to all customers, partners, resellers, and distributors. A Cisco.com login may be required to view these tools.

Service Hardware Replacement (RMA) assistance

Check the status of an RMA

Visit Support Case Manager (SCM) to check RMA status.

Return a replaced part

For Service or Warranty RMAs, use POWR. For all other returns, use the Cisco Returns Portal.  

Create an RMA

Open a case with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC).

Please have your Cisco.com User ID, Contract and Serial number(s) ready when you contact Cisco Logistics Support Center to prevent any delays with your support request.
