Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) and Exchange Integration (XE) Subscriptions. The last day to order the affected product(s) is January 31, 2024. The last day to renew or add to an existing subscription is January 31, 2026. Customers with active service contracts and subscriptions (as applicable) will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement. For customers with active and paid service and support contracts and subscriptions (as applicable), support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers' service contract and subscription.
TMS and TMSXE will no longer be included in Subscription offers. Existing customers can continue utilizing until the end of contract but are recommended to explore the migration options to ensure a seamless transition. The migration options for Device Scheduling and Management are:
1. Migrate to Webex meetings with Webex Control Hub registration and Hybrid Calendar Services for scheduling and One-Button-to-Push. Hybrid Calendar Services can read Outlook invites for OBTP if SIP URI is included with web app scheduler or by user adding SIP URI manually.
2. Solution Plus partner VQ Communications (https://www.vqcomms.com/), order VQ Conference Manager [A-CMS-VQ-BUNDLE].
3. Solutions Plus partner Synergy Sky (https://www.synergysky.com/).
4. Cisco Unified Communications Manager for device configuration and Unified Directory service for phonebooks.
