Cisco announces the end-of-life dates for the Cisco HX Data Platform Software Version 1.7
Software maintenance support for 1.7 software releases end on February 1, 2018. No bug fixes, patches or maintenance releases will be provided for Cisco HyperFlex Data Platform releases after that date. The last date of support for Cisco HX Data Platform Software Version 1.7 is May 1, 2018.
Starting from September 1, 2017, only sev1 and security vulnerability issues will be addressed with HX Data Platform releases 1.7x, and may be necessary to upgrade to later software release to correct a reported problem.
Software maintenance requires an active service contract.
Product migration options
Customers currently running HyperFlex Data Platform 1.7.x customers should upgrade to latest Cisco HyperFlex Data Platform release 2.1.1(b) and above before February 1, 2018.
