A. Cisco Catalyst™ SD-WAN now offers two options for Cisco DNA Software for SD-WAN and Routing subscriptions with cloud controllers on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure public cloud marketplaces via private offer:
● Cloud-delivered Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN
● Catalyst SD-WAN hosted by Cisco
Both options support a variety of bandwidth, term, and feature options. Please reach out to your Cisco partner or account team to explore a solution that fits your needs.
Q. What is the benefit of purchasing Catalyst SD-WAN subscriptions on cloud marketplaces?
A. Many enterprises migrating to the cloud are looking for easier ways to consume IT solutions via public cloud marketplaces. Cisco DNA Software subscriptions help your IT team keep pace with your network’s expanding demands. Having Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN software subscriptions and SD-WAN fabric on cloud marketplaces allows you to simplify your buying journey and easily use your cloud committed spend to consume Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN for your SD-WAN and routing needs, regardless of where your routers are located. A. Reach out to your Cisco partner or account team to create a private offer that can be transacted through a private listing on the AWS or
Azure Marketplace portal.
Q. Are customers able to purchase Catalyst SD-WAN subscriptions with on-premises controllers via the public cloud marketplaces?
A. No, customers can purchase only Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN subscriptions with controllers hosted in the cloud via the public cloud marketplaces. Catalyst SD-WAN hosted by Cisco and cloud-delivered Catalyst SD-WAN offer controllers hosted in the cloud and thus can be purchased through this route. To purchase Catalyst SD-WAN subscriptions with on-premises controllers, please contact your Cisco partner to buy it directly from Cisco.
Q. I cannot see the Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN offer I’m interested in on the cloud marketplace portal. Can I still purchase it via private offer?
A. Many products may not have an associated public listing on the cloud marketplace. However, they may still be transactable via a private offer. Please reach out to your Cisco channel partner or account team to learn if the Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN offer you are interested in is available for purchase via private offer.
