Thank you for your purchase of the Cisco Catalyst 8300 (C8300) Series. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing global supply chain shortages occurring industry-wide, many parts and components are unavailable or suffering from severe price fluctuations, including the C8300 250W AC power supply unit (PSU) – PWR-CC1-250WAC.
As a result, we are providing you with an upgraded 400W PSU as a replacement, which is currently offered for sale on the Cisco global price list, in order to mitigate any further impact on C8300 delivery times. Please see below for details on this replacement PSU, including technical specifications and warranty information.
The replacement PSU will be covered by the same warranty as the original PSU. In the case of RMA, Cisco will attempt to replace this part with the original PWR-CC1-250WAC power supply, subject to availability and the applicable warranty and support terms.
