Cisco Web Security Appliance AsyncOS 10.0.x and 10.1.x Product Bulletin

Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the AsyncOS 10.0.x and 10.1.x for Cisco Web Security Appliance Software maintenance will be available for the stated software versions until October 2, 2018*.

TAC support for application software support will be available for the stated software versions until October 30, 2019**.

*Note: Software maintenance support for 10.1.x on S170 will be provided until October 30, 2019.

**Note: TAC will continue application software support for 10.1.x on S170 until November 30, 2021 as listed in the x170 EOL announcement.

Software maintenance requires an active service contract for the software subscription PIDs.

Product Migration Options

Customers are encouraged to migrate to AsyncOS 10.5.x.

Service prices for Cisco products are subject to change after the product End of Sale date.

Cisco Takeback and Recycle program helps businesses dispose properly of surplus products that have reached their end of useful life.
