Cisco announces the end-of-life dates for the Cisco Jabber for Windows, Mac and VDI version 12.6.x and 12.7.x.
Software maintenance support for Cisco Jabber for Windows, Mac and VDI version 12.6.x and 12.7.x end on July 31st, 2023. No patches or maintenance releases will be provided for Cisco Jabber for Windows, Mac and VDI version 12.6.x and 12.7.x after that date.
Software maintenance requires an active service contract.

Customers currently using Cisco Jabber for Windows, Mac and VDI 12.6.x and 12.7.x are encouraged to migrate to Webex App. You can find how to migrate from Cisco Jabber to Webex at: https://essentials.webex.com/journey-to-webex.html.
