Software maintenance support for Cisco Jabber Guest for FLEX subscriptions ends on September 30, 2023. No patches or maintenance releases will be provided for Cisco Jabber Guest for FLEX subscriptions after that date.
The Last Date of Support on Cisco Jabber Guest for FLEX subscriptions is Nov 22nd, 2023. After this date, all support service for the product are unavailable, and the product become obsolete.
For customers with active and paid service and support contracts and subscriptions (as applicable), support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers' service contract and subscription.
