Cisco ONS 15454 OC-192/STM-64 XFP-Based Optics Card

The Cisco ONS 15454 OC-192/STM-64 XFP-based optics card features pluggable 10Gbps small form factor pluggable (XFP) optics modules enabling support for short-reach (SR1)/intra-office (IO), intermediate-reach (IR2)/short-haul (SH), and long-reach (LR2)/long-haul (LH) interfaces (per ITU G.691, G.693, G.959.1, and Telcordia GR-253-CORE) to support a wide variety of user applications for distances from 2km to 80km. Optical interfaces support unprotected, SNCP/UPSR, MS-SPR/BLSR (2-Fiber and 4-Fiber), or 1+1 APS/LMSP protection topologies as per ITU G.957 and Telcordia GR-253-CORE.
