The Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty provides next business day advance hardware replacement of covered products where available. Under the terms of the warranty, Cisco will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement for next business day delivery provided the Return Materials Request (RMA) has been received by the depot before the cut-off time.
Next business day hardware replacement* is available in the following countries:

*In the above countries, there might be locations where next business day replacement is not available. In such cases, Cisco will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement product on the same business day, subject to the terms of the warranty.
If next business day delivery is not available, a replacement part will be shipped the same business day. If a request is made after the depot cut-off time, Cisco will ship the advance replacement on the next business day. Actual delivery times might vary depending on customer location.
Taxes and duties might apply and will be paid by the recipient of the replacement part. Replacement parts are shipped to the same ship-to address as the original product.
