Cisco provides a vast array of broadband solutions to help service providers build their networks under the National Telecommunications and Information Administration’s (NTIA) Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program.
The Department of Commerce issued a limited, general applicability, nonavailability waiver of the BABA preference requirements for the BEAD Program for certain construction materials and certain manufactured products. To ensure conformity with the waiver, the NTIA has created a self-certification and compliance framework for manufacturers.
Cisco certifies the products listed below meet the domestic manufacturing requirements outlined in the BABA waiver requirements for the BEAD Program.
