    The information in this document is based on CloudCenter versions 4.8.0., 4.8.0.1 and 4.8.1.

      

    The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, make sure that you understand the potential impact of any command.

    Problem

    Windows deployments to any cloud that use hostname callout scripts fail with the error message "Format specifier '%s'". The same error message appears in the logs as well.

    Solution

    This is a known bug. Currently the only workaround is to turn off hostname callouts, or upgrade to 4.8.0.2 which is the earliest version with this issue fixed.
